3. Photography Services & Bookings

By booking a session with Atlas Studios Pro, you agree to the following:

  • Session fees are due as specified at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to reserve your session date.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.
  • Atlas Studios Pro reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness or equipment failure.
  • Final image delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Image Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon full payment for a photography session, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered images for personal and professional purposes (LinkedIn, website, marketing materials, etc.).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Atlas Studios Pro retains all copyright ownership of images
  • Atlas Studios Pro may use session images for portfolio display, website, and marketing purposes
  • You may not sell or sublicense images to third parties
  • Print rights are included for personal and professional use

5. Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or submitting a contact form, you agree to receive promotional emails from Atlas Studios Pro. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Atlas Studios Pro has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
